Led by knitwear expert Dorian Lightbown and her daughter Zoë Chatfield-Taylor, our mission is to design clothing that ignites your inner confidence. Launched in 2006, our first collection can still be seen in the world today, as we are committed to creating pieces of exceptional quality that will last for years to come.

Proper care is the key to longer product life. We advise against hanging sweaters, as hangers can cause them to stretch out over time. Instead, we recommend folding and storing them in drawers or on shelves to preserve the fit. Additionally, hand-washing your favorite styles is gentler on the fabric, increasing their longevity while also saving 2 pounds of CO2 per household per year – an environmentally sustainable practice.

Knitwear is at the heart of our brand. It all started with the quest to create the perfect sweater. We sourced the highest quality yarns and developed the perfect pattern, continuously expanding our range to include bold statement pieces and essential foundation items. Our love for great knitwear has never waned, and you could say we're a close-knit family.

Sustainability is a key focus for us, which is why over 90% of our knitwear is fully fashioned. This means it is knit to shape and then linked together, eliminating the textile waste that would otherwise have ended up in landfills. Textile waste can take up to 200+ years to decompose and can leach harmful chemicals and dyes into our groundwater and soil, making our approach to knitwear production both eco-friendly and responsible.
